About

I am the Communication Director for the Baptist Bible Fellowship International (BBFI) which is a network of several thousand churches in the USA, approximately 800 international missionaries, and tens of thousands of international churches started by those missionaries. In this role, I am also the Executive Editor of the Baptist Bible Tribune, a monthly magazine with resources for pastors and encouragements for church members. You can learn more at http://www.bbfi.org and http://www.tribune.org.

I am also the Chair of the Ministry Studies Division and Chair of the Pastoral Studies Program for Baptist Bible College in Springfield, MO. BBC has a long history of producing influential pastors and missionaries that have literally changed the world. You can learn more at http://www.gobbc.edu.

I have a great wife and three great kids. I love my family and I want to be the best that I can for them. I also love to help other families with the things I have learned both from experience and from study. I currently live in Springfield, MO but have also lived in Northwest Arkansas, Orlando, FL, Flint, MI, and Houston, TX.

I also love to study church … from programs and systems to culture and communities, to what’s working and not working. I believe the church is the hope of the world … with one caveat … when it is working right.
